Payment
We currently accept the following payment methods through our e-commerce shop (you will have the option to select your payment method when placing your keyboard cable order):
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
- PayPal
Delivery
All orders are shipped via Canada Post at rates based upon your province or state. This will be calculated when you enter your shipping address. Please note,
- Free Shipping (Orders over $85)
- Tracking Included (Small orders may not include tracking)
To make a purchase, simply select the items you would like to order and add them to your shopping cart. You can then proceed through the checkout process and make a secure online payment using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard & PayPal). Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation followed by a tracking number.
You don’t need an account to place an order. Please note that we do not retain any payment information or personal information with our store beyond the purchase.
We are a small keyboard cable business. By law, we are required to report sales tax on all orders however, due to the size of our business and the income it makes we do not need to add an additional fee to the purchase. We take it off on our end when we submit our taxes.
Due to the customized build of each cable I no longer offer a direct return policy. Please be aware of the colour options you have selected, by visiting our color charts or Instagram page if you need help picking out the right colours, or contact me directly and I will be happy to help.
If for some strange reason something occurs during the shipping process and your cable does not work when you receive it contact me immediately. I will make sure you are taken care of. Quality cables is my top priority, each cable is fully tested with a multi-meter and then function tested on a keyboard to ensure there are no problems before it is sent out, I even record the numbers to keep a track record so there should never be an issue.
Currently, orders are coming in at a steady but manageable pace. Typically We try to stay on top of custom cable orders so you can expect a mechanical keyboard custom cable to ship within 72 hours (typically 48) If you have ordered a DIY kit or individual parts those may ship slightly sooner depending on order volume.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.
If you are located outside Canada, as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on the exact amount of such charges since they are specific to each location. If you are located in Canada you don’t have to worry about any additional fees.

Nothing! We have step by step tutorials. If this is your first time making a cable you won’t be sitting there scratching your head. Check out our YouTube channel for how-to videos. Or, if that is not your style we also have multiple blog posts with instructions.
We can build literally any cable with any colours in our store. If you can’t find what you are looking for you can contact us directly and we will build it.
Typically, we build an ordered cable within 2 days of an order being placed. If we need to order in special supplies for your build we will inform you of the time extension.
